Jordan Ol’ School – Black/ Royal Blue

Earlier this month the first two colorways of the Jordan Ol’ School released. Now we have a look at the new black/royal blue Jordan Ol’ School colorway. The Ol’ School favors the Air Jordan 2, but also features designs and inspiration from the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 8, and the Air Jordan 17. This new colorway comes with a black base plus royal blue contrast stitching and accents. Be on the lookout for these to hit stores soon, and some accounts have already received them. The ticket price is $115, and expect to see more colorways soon. (TSG)

Doernbecher Freestyle Air Jordan 2

Finally we have pics of the 2007 “Doernbecher Freestyle” Air Jordan 2. I didn’t want to believe the info when I first heard, but it’s true. Over the years Nike has allowed the foundation to design several shoes, but this is the first appearence for any sneaker from the Air Jordan line. Usually Nike gives a special child the opportunity to design the sneaker, that’s what makes them so unique. A couple years back Nike let Laurie Miller (10 years old) design the FC aka “Fish FC”, a very popular item for the female sneaker lovers. Now we see the Air Jordan 2 will join the Doernbecher Freestyle family. In Portland on September 22nd Weiden + Kennedy will reveal the complete Doernbecher line up. No info is available on how much these will retail for, but the price is always very affordable.
